A couple of months ago, I decided to order a wig of this site called Geisha Wigs. I could of gone to places such as l-email wigs and Yuki Yumi but All the good reviews about the woman owning the shop being friendly etc, but it's the worst experience I have had and I have never been accused of so much.
Everything was fine at the start with the payment and selecting the wig. The wig was in stock and I messaged 'Maria' (who owns Geisha wigs) to confirm this and she emailed back saying that the wig was in stock and they have plenty left. I went and ordered the wig. Paypal payment was successful and it left my bank fine too.
Two weeks later, I had received no other word of Maria. I would of expected an email saying it's dispatched or something. So I emailed her saying my wig has not arrived and giving the reference number and what wig it was. This wig is still in stock on the website at this point. I got a replying saying wig has been out of stock for a month, waiting for new shipment etc. Should be here in another day or two and you should receive the wig within the 2 next weeks.
Another 2 weeks later the wig had not arrived and again no email saying it has been dispatched so I emailed her back and this time she was making out that there is not a clear payment, I showed print screens of both Paypal and my bank statements showing the payment had been taking and this woman was making out that I photoshopped it. She asked for the payment again which I paid again. So at this point Geisha Wig had taking 2 payments of £24 of me for a wig I have not seen. I was confirmed by her that the wig is on it's way and payment had been received.
A month later, this wig still had not came so I wanted a refund on both payments I sent and said I'm never shopping there again. I got a reply of her was horrible. I have never seen as email with so many insults in. She is horrible! She puts on this act where she is always the victim and that she is innocent but she is not. Am not the only person that she had made some excuses out of. As soon as I find the emails regarding this. I recommend not to buy from her, I think it's 50/50, if you're a new customer then you will have bad or good. I don't personally know any one that has had a good experience with the company but people like fetsuchan and chelsea hall. that has people following them seem to have the best experience. She seems to bully the people who don't have a big voice when it comes to the internet world but if we all speak it can make a difference.
I feel for anyone else who has had this experience or bad experiences with her. Geisha Wig should not be around.
